Education

CLASSROOM REAL ESTATE COURSES
(Informational purposes only.  Not currently offering classroom courses).

Salesperson Pre-license Course

  • 75 Hours In-Class Training
  • Covers the basics of ownership, real estate law, mortgage fraud, contracts and more.
  • Qualifies passing students must take the state licensing exam.
  • Must Be at least 18 years or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Must score a minimum of 75% on the school final exam
  • Pass the state exam with a minimum score of 75%
  • Obtain a GCIC report (criminal background check) no more than 60 days of getting license
